Tammy Prida: Founding Member
Tammy Prida is a San Diego native and a current resident of La Mesa. As a neurophysiologist with extensive involvement in the healthcare industry, Tammy brings a vast amount of experience to the club. Tammy holds a doctorate in audiology and is particularly interested in the areas of ethics and communication.
Tammy brings extensive fundraising experience to the San Diego Spirit Soccer Club. She has served as either the co-chair or a volunteer for 2006, 2007, and 2008 Warren-Walker School fundraising events. Each of these events have been extremely successful financially and have exceeded the anticipated financial goals. The monies raised have provided the Warren-Walker School with new play equipment, art supplies, teacher supplies, drama sets, library books and funds for arts enrichment programs.
Tammy understands that education, productive communication, and ethics are extremely important elements that constitute the foundation of any excellent organization. She will not only assist the San Diego Spirit Soccer club in fundraising, but in communicating its vision to its members and the community as well.
Tammy will also be a catalyst in hearing from all of our members and translating their comments (both positive and negative) into learning opportunities for our board and coaches. Finally, Tammy will ensure that we uphold the standards and guidelines upon which this club is founded so that the club excels in serving its members.
