Howie has provided great leadership in coaching and administration.  The records and reputation of his teams have consistently been at the very highest level.  His teams have excelled in Presidio league and CSL winning more than 20 league championships.  In state and national competitions his teams have succeeded as he has guided different teams to 8 state or regional finals.

It is no secret; Howie has a very positive style of coaching that the players enjoy.
