PLAYING BACKGROUND

Caroline has played in the Women’s outdoor county league and women’s and co-ed indoor leagues.

COACHING EXPERIENCE

• 1997-1998 - Head Coach River Valley H. S.
• 1996-2002 - CSC Staff coach

COACHING

Caroline has coached both younger and older teams. Even though she does enjoy filling in when needed at the older age groups the younger ages are what she loves to work with. She feels that the basic skills are essential for all players to start with. The younger ages also need to be able to have fun while learning these skills. Caroline also emphasizes confidence in all her players. This confidence can be used on and off the field. There needs to be a positive influence on the players before they will have this confidence. Caroline coaches with the positive attitude. She feels that open communication with parents also plays an important role in her coaching. Caroline will be coaching the GU10 team and working with the GU9 academy age group.
